What is so different about MATTER gifts?

At Matter, we believe in creating experiences through our boxes.
We include a story card in every gift box explaining the relevance and uses of the gift box. Every product that goes into the gift box is either manufactured in-house or procured from a reliable source so that there is no compromise on quality.

How much do the gift boxes cost?

Our gift hampers range between Rs.500 to Rs 10,000 depending on the selection of gifts and packaging and customisations. We levy a 18% GST which is not included in the cost of the hamper.

Which occasions can I use MATTER gifts for?

We focus on Corporate Gifting and create hampers for all major occasions like corporate events, starter kits, thank you kits, theme based hampers, festivals and special events.

What is the minimum quantity that I can order for?

We desire to keep our minimum quantity at 50 pieces.

What do MATTER gift boxes include?

Right from chocolates and baked goodies crafted by our Artisan Chef to customisable collectibles; from grooming range to decor accessories, from snacks to gizmos, we try to be as inclusive as possible while creating our hampers.

Can we have multiple customisations?

Yes, absolutely! Think it, and we’ll create it! Be it personalized labels, notes, gizmos, stationery or wearables, we provide a wide array of options that cater to your needs of the specific event and incorporate those in our packaging.

Can each hamper be different?

Since we currently cater to multiple orders only, every gift box that you order needs to be the same. You can however customise the box as you want.

Are there any particular brands Matter focuses on?

We have an array of products under our Matter brand name to keep the look of your gift box picture perfect. All of these products are either co-branded with famous brands or are handpicked from local artisans after a lot of trying and testing. However, if you need something specific, we are open to working with any brands of your choice.

Are all your products eco-friendly?

Sadly, not yet. We are trying to be plastic-free and support sustainable packaging as much as possible. We do have a dedicated range of eco-friendly hampers. Reach out to us to know more.

How long will the packages stay for?

Our products have an average shelf life of 45 days.

Can you send a sample package?

Yes, it depends on the customisation needed. Sample boxes will be chargeable.

Can the gifts be delivered across India?

We provide courier friendly packaging options for all our boxes and can coordinate with the shipping partners from the time of pick up to delivery for a seamless delivery across India. We are not a courier company and can work with any shipping partner of your choice.

Are the shipping charges extra ?

Yes, shipping charges are extra on actuals. You can choose a shipping partner of your choice and pay them directly.

What is the payment procedure?

We take 50% advance as confirmation and 50% at the time of dispatch of goods.
